Position: Project Development Lead (Flexible location)

Hours: 35.00 per week
Salary: Based on location- London £42,083actual per year, Surrounding areas of London £32,399 actual per annum, National £30,856 actual per annum

About the Role:
The Service Development Team is at the forefront of developing innovative and sustainable services for people with dementia and their carers, working across all directorates and teams to scope, develop, pilot and evaluate high quality services.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead on identifying and exploring service areas requiring further work and development by the Society. This will include building effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders (internally and externally) and leading on reviews of service models, funding and finance, brand and marketing and market position.
About You:
will have extensive experience of partnership working, including with other agencies and an ability to motivate and influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
