Project Manager

Key challenges.

Work with an existing and experienced Project Management Office to deliver projects using **** Project Management Framework.
Work with an established project team to deliver projects of various complexity, scope and location on time and to budget.
Create and maintain project documentation such as PID, System Specifications, PQP, Project Plans & Activity Logs etc.
Compile, agree and secure detailed project budgets, forecasts and resource requirements as necessary
Organise and manage the detailed solution delivery including software, hardware and services.
Ensure formal handover of project and contract requirements to operational / support teams, and client as required
Work with the rest of the project team to drive through key actions required to ensure the successful integration of the AFC and RTPI products
Help maintain adherence to, and improve, existing business management tools, processes and procedures

Essential:

Delivery of multiple projects varying in size and complexity

Strong background and understanding in Software Development projects

Experience of managing a project team

Good commercial understandings

Working understanding of Project finances, risk management, controls and reporting

Working in a pressurised environment, meeting tight deadlines

Able to deal with ever changing requirements, problems and issues

Use of IT systems and applications, including spreadsheets, presentation, project management tools including Microsoft Project
