Capstone are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading building consultancy’s London office to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their established team working on Developer-led projects. THE ROLE:

The successful applicant will join as a Senior Project Manager in an established team that works on high net worth and fund-led development projects. You’ll be expected to join this high performing team with the mind-set that you will be autonomously delivering projects, leading teams, and immersing yourself into the culture.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

* Ideally degree educated and holding a professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, RIBA Pt 3 or similar);
* Previous project management experience in a building consultancy capacity delivering commercial, residential, and mixed use development projects in the UK;
* A demonstrable track record of working across the full project life cycle in the built environment administering JCT contracts;
* Capable of autonomously managing projects and working within a wider team to deliver large scale projects;
* Capable of managing professional project teams.
