The Company:
A prestigious manufacturing business that has been established for over 100 years.
The Role:
Production Manager
Reporting into the Production Executive the production Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 40 workers and 1 Supervisor. The role will be very much a key link to the manufacturing chain as the department the Production Manager will be working in is the last checking area before shipping out the product. The product is of high value so Quality assurance and care is hugely important. The Production Manager will also be required to carry out back to work interviews, disciplinarians and compile production reports.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have come from a Production environment and be a strong leader. Leadership skills and man management are extremely important for this role. Experience of managing large amounts of people is essential for the role.
The Package:
£35,000 plus performance related bonus
