The company are a leading manufacturer of bespoke equipment used by a range of blue-chip clients which will be displayed and broadcasted on national TV.

This is a Monday – Friday days based role supporting the production team. You will be putting your own stamp on a specialist team whilst driving efficiencies and ensuring KPIs are hit accordingly.

This role suits a Production Supervisor or Manager looking to work within a prestige workshop, offering autonomy, progression, and further training opportunities.

The Role

• Leading, managing and developing your own team.
• Ensuring that production KPIs / targets are met, whilst continually improving production line.
• Monday – Friday days (7.30am – 4pm).

The Person

• Supervisor, Manufacturing background.
• Steel / Metal / CNC experience.
• Wants to progress within the leadership team and develop your own skillset, through further specialist training.
