This is a superb opportunity for a Pre-Contracts Manager to join a small but growing family-owned D&B Fit Out contractor in central London.
Working with a dedicated team in an extremely fast-paced environment, the Pre Contracts Manager will liaise closely and work with all members of the team across project delivery, pre-contract, commercial, sales, design and furniture to ultimately deliver outstanding projects.
Pre-Contracts Manager – some of your responsibilities:
- Providing sales with technical support required to tender for and win projects
- Produce scope of works and costs for client presentation
- Organise site inspections for initial budgets
- Ensure competitive tendering is employed on core packages
- Prepare cost revisions for clients
- Ensure cost plans are pitched at agreed commercial levels
- Ensure handover to construction is through
- Identify potential risks within projects
- Produce necessary reports
Pre Contracts Manager – qualifications, skills and experience
- Comprehensive experience in a precontracts manager role
- Proven ability to deliver in a fastpaced D&B fit-out environment
- Adaptable to quickly changing situations with the ability to use own initiative
- Selfmotivated, hard-working and highly driven
- Ability to manage time and own resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
