Plumber / Multi-Trade / Social-Housing

A strong understanding of the plumbing and building industry is essential, ideally within the social housing sector. Past experience in dealing with pressured systems and unvented cylinders is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience within other trades so can put their hand to most tasks within the building sector.

Domestic/ social housing maintenance

Must have core plumbing & carpentry skills

NVQ Level 2 (minimum) qualification in Plumbing
CSCS card holder experience using PDA

MUST be competent at working within occupied homes, care homes, student accommodation, all social housing
