Salary: £37,200 – £39,600 per year
Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative for a full time role.
Our client is a well-established, Leading Construction Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding it’s reactive VOID & maintenance and repairs team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.
The Role:
- 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry such as kitchen installations, hanging doors, fencing etc.
- 2nd Fix Plumbing – tap, basin and toilet changes
- Patch Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- UPVC repairs and maintenance
- Double glazed unit replacement
Essential:
- Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
- NVQ/City Guilds

- Monday Friday
- 40 Hours Per Week
