Bricklayer / Multi Trade Operative – Social Housing
Bromley, Kent
£30,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) plus company van and benefits
Our client is a national maintenance contractor working predominently within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance contracts within South East London and Kent. The company require a full time Bricklayer / Multi Trade Operative and a driving license for immediate start. This is a permanent role and will be covering mostly reactive / planned maintenance jobs and occasional voids work.
You will have a excellent Bricklaying experience and ideally additional skills with most kinds of property maintenance to include Carpentry / Joinery, Tiling, Plumbing, Guttering, Fascia and Soffit, Bathrooms, Kitchen and Bedroom refits, Painting and Decorating, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Proven track record in residential maintenance
Excellent Bricklaying and multi skill background
Flexibility – Basic hours plus plenty of overtime and weekend working opportunities
Live within a commutable distance of Bromley, Kent
