An industry leading manufacturing firm based in Liverpool is looking to recruit a new permanent production operative in order to assist in the production of pharmacopoeia grade products. As an experienced production operative, you will have experience working within a GMP Manufacturing environment ideally within a Pharmaceutical related organisation.

Responsible for bulk formulation, high speed filling and the packaging of pharmaceutical liquids in a GMP environment, the ideal candidate will be experienced in working within clean rooms especially working with multi-product production lines. You will also be familiar with the strict standards governing an MHRA regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling materials transfer and temperature controlled automated systems
• Experience of working in dispensary to dispense batch ingredients
• Ability to develop and follow standard operating procedures
• Develop and complete Batch manufacturing records accurately
• Formulation operation involving blending of API and excipients following SOPs
and GMP
• Experience in working in cleanroom environments
• Knowledge of gowning procedures
• Operation and troubleshooting of filling and packing machines
• Developing SOPs for the filling and packing machinery
• Experience in changeover of products and line clearance

Key Skills:
• Proven successful experience within a similar highly regulated environment
• Knowledge of multi-product pharmaceutical production procedures
• Previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry
