Are you a Mechanic or Production operative looking for a step up? Unhappy working long shifts and weekends? If you are mechanically minded and have a passion for engines and turbos, then I would love to speak to you!
Pyramid8 have a fantastic opportunity to work for their client in Normanton who have created a team leader role due to recent growth.
This will be very much a hands-on role, whilst supporting the junior members of the team.
This is a great opportunity to work for a family run business that are expecting this role to progress as the business grows.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who has come from an engineering background or mechanical role.
The role:
* To look after a team of 1 – 3 production staff
* Assist with recruiting new staff
* Utilising hand tools and blasting machine
* To work as part of a team
* The ability to look at improving procedures
