PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Silver Lining Convergence Ltd to recruit a Customer Administrator Apprentice. If you want to start a career in a fun and fair place to work within a great team, then we would love to hear from you.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The office administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Meeting and greeting visitors at reception
- Organising lunches/refreshments for meetings and visitors
- Answering incoming calls, transferring to appropriate personnel, taking messages, and relaying to relevant staff
- Booking hotels, taxi’s, couriers and making travel arrangements as requested
- Ordering/managing stationary & staff uniform for all departments
- Supporting the team with procurement for projects
- Ensuring the walkways are clear of hazards daily
- Management of goods and services ordered

Essential Skills:
It is essential that the office administrator has the following skills and personal qualities:
- Organisational skills
- Customer care skills
- Presentation skills
- Great at working within a team
- Using your initiative
- GCSE maths and English with grades 4/C or above, or level
- 2 equivalents are required
- Driving licence is required due to no local public transport.
