Performance and Quality Manager – (Apprenticeships)

Do you have a background in apprenticeship delivery and would like to manage a national supply chain? We are recruiting for a national training provider who are the leader within their field / qualification delivery. They currently have a new opportunity for someone to manage their supply chain partners for pre-employment and apprenticeship contracts.

You will oversee a group of 12 providers, ranging from medium sized organisations to large prime contractors for where there are reciprocal agreements in place. You will need to be based in the Liverpool / Manchester region, which is relatively central to the supply chain (North West, Midlands and London). Your key function is to ensure that the supply chain is hitting their contractual targets and that quality is being delivered. This could involve observations, to being a part of the quality review team. You will visit providers on a monthly basis, with regular bi-weekly reporting reviews. Furthermore, you will also get involved with the due diligence process for new supply chain partners.

To apply for this post, ideally you will have worked in a similar role but looking to make a move to a growing provider with opportunities. Our client will also consider people with a good operational delivery background (senior level) or someone with a quality / performance background. Being able to manage multiple relationships at various locations and experience of performance management is ideal.
