Quality Assurance Manager – Nursing Homes (South)
Salary: £56,400 p/a + £6000 (Car Allowance)

This is a Field Based Area Role covering the South of the UK (Buckinghamshire, Dorset and Wiltshire).
Permanent Full Time Hours – 37 Hours Per Week

The purpose of the role is to work as part of a front line operational team to ensure circa 5 nursing homes across the south of England are of high a standard. You will work in a mobile / peripatetic capacity in conjunction with nursing home managers to ensure CQC compliance.

Candidates should have worked within a senior management role within an organisation that delivers elderly care in either nursing homes previously. Candidates must be nurse qualified.

You will lead a focus on quality and continuous improvement activity throughout the area. Your role will be to ensure all nursing homes are fully compliant with CQC legislation and that care delivery is of high quality.

You will manage and co-ordinate quality improvement systems, processes and activities to drive high quality service provision, manage risk and ensure care is delivered safely. You will identify and ensure that all training needs in the area are acted on promptly and support effective staff induction, development and retention.

You will work as part of a dedicated quality assurance and operations management team that oversee brand new retirement living services for a leading UK nursing home provider.
