Places for People Homes is our property and neighbourhood management arm which is responsible for the majority of our homes across England and Wales.

About the job

You will improve performance on the schemes or specialist pieces of work and be responsible for key operational areas and improve the service to the customer in your patch. In this role you are expected to ensure implementation of the area plan and contribute to its development. You will be responsible for ensuring key targets are met, for such issues as speedy lettings to improve void loss, enforcing tenancy conditions, monitoring landscaping, involvement with customers, etc. Company policies should be followed but you will make recommendations on exceptions.

The working hours are to be completed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings.

A current driving licence or access to a means of mobility support is essential.

You must be an effective communicator that can influence positively when required.

This role requires an in depth knowledge of the changes that took place due to the Welfare Reform Act 2013.
