Neighbourhood Officer required in Manchester.

My client, one of the largest Housing Associations in the North West has approached me to appoint an experienced Neighbourhood Officer. The reason for this position is due to maternity cover.
The main purpose of this position is to deliver a superior neighbourhood management service to residents, ensuring a high quality customer service experience.

Duties include;
– Be the local point of contact and deliver face to face support for the community
– Provide an excellent and consistent tenancy management service to all tenants, which will include dealing with breaches in tenancy agreements and low level ASB issues
– Sustain partnerships with local authorities and improve the neighbourhood experience of local residents
– Provide information and advice to tenants on all tenancy matters including successions, exchanges, assignments and tenancy changes.

Excellent customer service skills are essential as is access to a vehicle as travel around schemes is a part of the role. Previous experience is essential in the Social Housing environment.
