Part Time Customer Service Team – Complaints Department

We are looking for someone to work either two days or three days a week in the role of Customer Service Person within a Complaint handiing area for an established and respected company.

We are seeking someone who has the following skills and work experience;

Excellent telephone manner over the telephone with previous working history in a customer focused telephone role

Ability to demonstrate good listening skills

Ability to be able to interpret facts regarding complaints over the telephone, show empathy but not agreement, and record all information accurately onto a database in a timely and prompt fashion

Ability to work as a member of a team (6), supporting each other if the need arises

Good keyboard skills; accurate and to a good speed

This role is working 9.00am to 5.00pm, the actual days to be agreed. Please a pro ratad Salary: £26,000applies to this role this being reviewed to £18189 after six months pro rata.
