Part Time Call Agent

Our Client is a Large Building Maintenance Contractor who currently requires an experienced Part Time Out Of Hours call agent to join their team in Killingworth on a temp on-going contract.

Main duties will include taking calls from tenants, arranging works to be carried out on their council property, dealing with any further queries/complaints they may have, liaising with trades people to arrange appointments to carry out work needed, and all general admin – mainly data input.

This is a fast moving environment so the chosen candidate must be able to prioritise own work load, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Out of Hours are Monday to Friday 6pm – 9pm.

Relevant candidates must have similar experience and be available to start immediately.
