Salary: £26,000 per year
EXPERIENCED Test & Trace Call Agents – Working Remotely From Home!
Contract – Temporary contract – 3 months approx. initially
Salary: £26,000 per year / £26,000 per year / £26,000 per year + bonus (Paid MONTHLY)
Project Hours: Various 35hrs per week – Mon – Fri 8am – 7pm & Saturday Or Sunday hours 10am – 4pm
Contract: Temporary Contract – 3 months initially
Role: PREVIOUS Test & Trace EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!
·You must have a Windows 10 laptop / PC and landline / mobile phone
* Working remotely from home
* Outbound calling – previous call centre / customer services essential
* Carrying out track & trace surveys
* Surveys will be approx. 10 – 15mins
* All calls will be monitored for compliance
* Meeting set targets
* Data entry
* Training will be given
