Part Qualified Finance Analyst

Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

12 Month Contract

My client is a leading corporate organisation based in the Fife area. They have an excellent opportunity for a part qualified Accountant to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities will include:

Accurate and timely monthly financial reporting
Analyse business drivers, provide input, support and challenge to managers
Review and analysis of costs including inventory and variances
support the Finance Manager in providing value-add analysis to aid decision making
Working with managers to identify opportunities to reduce costs/ understanding future risks/ exposure to the businessTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CA
Strong financial accounting analysis experience, in particular variance analysis
Advanced MS Excel skills including formula, Vlookup and pivot tables
Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders, managers and non-financial colleagues
