Network Employment Consultancy
Salary: £26,000 – £28,800 per year
The Company – Our Client:
Our client is part of a national independent network that was established due to specific customer demand. Our clients brand has some 1.2 million small business customers in the UK; these claimed that they preferred to deal with other SMEs who understood their needs so therefore this independent network of businesses was established to complement their existing sales force. Each organisation has the full backing and support of the global organisation and exclusively sells their quality products and services, including calls and lines packages, internet and e-business solutions, mobile phones and tariffs, phone and data solutions. Due to continuous expansion they are seeking Operational Manager for their Leeds / South Yorkshire territory.
The Role Business Operational Support
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Quality check of all orders from the Desk and Field Sales teams
* Keep abreast of developments in product sets, commissions and targets
* Provide details reports on the processed figures across all product sets and any cancelled orders.
* Carry out 121’s and development programms with the team
* Manage sickness and provide HR with Timely documentation.
* Project manage new processes where applicable
* Participate in weekly management meetings, giving an overview of the business area
* Document all processes in line with ISO regulation.

Salary: –
* Basic salary negotiable – £26,000 – £28,800
