Operations Manager

My Client a large care home group are recruiting for an operations manager for 7 Services and the registered home managers within the Birmingham and Northampton Region.

Responiblites
1. Responsible for a specific number of homes as specified by the regional manager in the terms of the following:

• Overall budgetary control and advice to the home manager.
• Completion of monthly person-in-control visits and report.
• To respond to requested for advice or assistance from the home managers on any matters relating to those homes.
• To liaise with contracting partners and attend contract monitoring meetings.
• To organise staff training and development for all home-based staff in conjunction with the home manager and regional manager.

2. To undertake supervision and appraisal of allocated home managers.

3. To feedback any areas of concern to Regional Manager.
