Operations Manager

Salary: £54,000 per year

My long established client provide high quality cleaning, window cleaning and ground maintenance services to a diverse client-base across the South east of England. 

Currently I am working in partnership with them searching for an energetic and committed Operations Manager to join their dedicated service delivery team overseeing prestigious contracts. The Operations Manager role will involve overseeing a team delivering cleaning and grounds maintenance in North/East London areas such as Tottenham/Wood Green/Stratford/Dagenham etc

This role is very operational management led e.g. managing the contract, ensuring KPIs are met, going to senior client meetings, writing reports etc. There are team management responsibilities for a team comprising of one manager, a couple of supervisors and 40 plus operatives. For this Operations Manager role the client is looking for candidates with strong team management skills, who can roll up there sleeves and lead from the front, demonstrating knowledge, leadership and problem solving skills. The Operations Manager must also possess excellent client relationship/interfacing skills and have a well rounded knowledge of both grounds maintenance and cleaning (particularly). Candidates for this role will ideally live inside the M25 north of the River Thames. 

Salary £54,000 (possibly higher dependent on candidate up to £50k?), 28 days holiday (increasing by 1 day per year after 5 years service), NEST Pension and life assurance. The tools of the trade such as car, mobile laptop etc will be provided.
