Smart Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Account Manager to join our team!
Based on site with our leading client based in Crick, you will be responsible for the management of all workers involved in providing service to the client. You will coordinate the attraction of roles and recruit candidates to in turn to support our clients in line with business needs. You will hold registration meetings and ensure that all relevant right to work checks and additional compliance needs are met. You will be responsible for the operational control of the contract ensuring that you are focused on achieving pre-set KPIs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous. You will be flexible in terms of availability including days and hours. As a confident communicator, you’ll engage, consult and collaborate with your candidates, clients and colleagues. You will have the ability to work at a fast pace and dealing with volume recruitment. You must also be able to plan, prioritise and multi-task effectively and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
Familiarity in warehouse and logistics environments would be an advantage. Our standards are high, which means attention to detail is essential along with a strong understanding of our business and Values.
