Opportunity to join this fantastic State of the Art Residential Dementia Care Home based in Dorchester, Dorset. We currently wish to recruit an experienced Night Care Team Leader.
The Role of Night Care Team Leader:
Work with the Home Manager and Deputy to lead a team of Senior carers and Care Assistants
Undertake Staff Supervisions
Administration of Medication
Liaise with external medical professionals and residents families
Ideal Applicant:
NVQ level 3 in health and social care or hold an NVQ level 2 in health and social care and willing to undertake the required level 3 qualification
Experience in the care of elderly residents
Staff supervision and able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
Experience of administering medication
