My client, a leading property management company based in North London, is looking to bring on board a Guardian/Tenant Team Leader who will be responsible for supporting the Property Services Manager in terms of actively recruiting tenants to fill all current vacant units within a specified region or area of the country.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Responding to all property queries by tenants
*Proactively seeking new tenants
*Maximising the conversion rate of viewings by ensuring you are fully prepared for each viewing and have all the necessary information regarding a vacant units
*Actively selling the concept through various means to increase and maintain our business.
*To keep all adverts and lines of enquiry current and up to date
*To organise and carry out viewings, vetting, registration and check-ins inline with branch targets
*To update social media feeds at least weekly
*To submit weekly reports to Line
*To control all debt and arrears and handle cash and receipts
*To complete Property Inspections as required and file appropriately
*To be field based as and when required travelling to client buildings to complete viewings
*To liaise with and assist other regional branches as required
*To achieve targets set by the line manager
*To undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested
*Resolution of day to day issues with guardians
*Prepare weekly/monthly occupancy reports
*Preparing authorised payments for suppliers and contractors for the General Manager’s approval
