New Business Development Manager Midlands

Are you a New Business Development Executive looking for a challenge? Would you enjoy a demanding career focussing on new business sales? We have a brand new role in an expanding financial solutions organisation for a New Business Development Executive based in the Midlands, with a national remit.

In this role, you will be key in the development of prospective, collaborative relationships and very much at the heart of the business. You will have the ability to engage prospects strategically, where managing high level relationships is paramount, whilst also identifying client referral opportunities. You will be comfortable approaching prospective clients, and be responsible for developing brand new business relationships from start to finish ensuring the highest quality of service throughout.

You will have outstanding presentation and communication skills with a solution driven approach. You will have the ability to think productively around business development and how you can bring something new to this team. Backed by your team, and working closely with other New Business Development Executives, you will deliver targets in line with specific development plans.

This is a business committed to outstanding customer service, therefore strong relationship management skills will be crucial to your success, as well as a pro active approach to self learning. Ideally with experience of public sector organisations, you will have the ability to engage and understand your clients to increase and develop opportunities.

You will be an experienced and successful Account Manager, Sales Manager or Relationship Manager, with a track record of success. You will have worked in a role where you have had to demonstrate the skills and experience required above on a day to day basis. Alongside this a great attitude, a desire to work hard and grow with a fast paced business is absolutely crucial.

This role is home based, with extensive regional travel, which means a full driving license and your own transport will be necessary.
