Digital Business Development Manager required for our Colchester based client. Our digital agency client has a strong and loyal team needing someone with sales experience gained within a digital agency. In your role as Digital Business Development Manager your position will be to grow the business even further by opening the door to new client opportunities as well as gaining more from the existing relationships the business has. It is imperative for this position of Digital Business Development Manager that your experience has been within a digital agency where you have managed and grown new business, possess sales experience, can happily call to make introductions as well as present yourself at all levels to new and existing business. The Role
• Conducting a full business review of existing and new business accounts recommending a range of products
• Canvassing via telephone and in the field with a view to arranging appointments to visit the businesses and recommend marketing campaigns
• Book meetings with prospects with the support of the agency’s Content Marketing model.
• Following up on the agency data created through Content Marketing – calling prospects who have interacted with the content
• Attending pitches, client meetings and workshops as required.
• Liaise closely with internal teams to create a strategy that drives the new business proposals.
The Person
• Previous digital agency experience
• Proven sales experience within digital marketing sales and growing accounts
• Must possess experience and knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Presentable and able to deliver pitches
