Our client is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Support Officer who will provide a first class customer focused service to their residents.

Working as part of their Neighbourhood Service team, you will provide advice on a wide range of housing issues, both in writing and on the telephone, recording all contact on the housing management system. You will also provide assistance with void turnaround, mutual exchange properties, court applications and warrant applications.

The idea candidate will have front line customer service experience along with fantastic communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential along with a proactive and flexible approach. You will be able to deal with sometimes complex and difficult queries and communicate with sometimes difficult customers to gain a mutually beneficial outcome.
