ROLE – CNC TURNING SETTER/OPERATOR

SECTOR – PRECISION MACHINING

BASED – COALVILLE

SALARY – up to £27,600per annum + OT + Benefits

The industrial heartland of the midlands is prospering in buoyant economic times. Hays Recruitment Specialise in the sourcing and supply of experienced shop floor engineers to companies across the midlands and with an established local hub in the east midlands they are currently recruiting for a reputable sub-contract engineering company who manufacture for various industries. They are looking for a fully skilled CNC Turning Setter/Operator to work in their machine shop with working to tight tolerances in a quality critical industry

* ABOUT YOU –

– Be an experienced NC Turner Setter and Operator
– Be able to interpret complex engineering drawings.
– Experience of producing tight tolerance precision parts
– Multi Axis Turning experience (X & Y) would be desirable
– Worked in a fast paced production environment where efficiency and quality is key.
– Be used to quality checking your own work (Manual tools).
– Manual machining experience is desirable, both milling and turning
– Experience of working in a toolroom environment
