Multi-Lingual Customer Service Advisors

£26,000per year Salary: Various shift patterns available
Immediate start
Our client is a worldwide leading sportswear provider based in Middleton, Manchester. They are currently seeking Multi-Lingual Customer Service Advisors who must be fluent, both verbally and written, in English and also one of the following languages:
• English
• French
• Italian
• German
• Chinese &/or Mandarin
You will be addressing emails, phone calls, customer queries and providing information on customer orders &/or deliveries so you must be proficient in all Microsoft [IT] applications. You must be available to work 5 shifts per week; with 1 day being either Saturday or Sunday. Full training will be provided.
