Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
I am currently working with a globally recognized manufacturing company within the Bradford area, who are looking for a customer service representative to join their existing team.
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
- Handling incoming calls & emails
- checking on stock quantities
- offering technical support on products (from cheat sheets)
- taking payments
- processing orders
- arranging deliveries
- credit control
- account management
- updating of in-house CRM system
Previous experience working within a telephone-based customer service role is essential.
In return my client is offering a Salary: £26,000 – £30,000per yeardependent upon experience.
The role is a full-time position (which offers flexible working from home on a rota basis once fully trained) between the hours of 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
The office is based on the outskirts of Bradford city centre, with ample free car parking on site.
