Salary: £26,000 per year
Our leading international client based in Staines requires Customer Service Advisors to assist new team project for a minimum period of 3 months.
In order to excel in this role, you will have previous experience of working in a customer service environment and will truly enjoy delivering outstanding customer service to customers. You are able to tailor your approach to each customer and their needs, possessing strong listening skills; demonstrating flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative.
The role is based in an inbound call centre and you will be on the phones for 95% of the working day.
Experience required
To succeed in the role you will have previous experience of working in a customer services environment and demonstrate strong customer focus skills, strong listening skills with the ability to tailor your approach to each customer.
You will be PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and must have the ability to combine talking and typing skills.
Excellent communication skills are essential; including both telephone and letter writing skills with and the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels; you must be resilient and able to keep difficulties in perspective
You must also have the ability to handle telephone calls with knowledge, confidence, maturity and tact. Ability to think analytically to assess clinical information to determine the eligibility of benefit and able to work on own initiative and make decisions within the protocols set down with minimum supervision.
Training
The first 8 weeks of the assignment will be training and the hours will be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, no holidays are authorised in this time.
Hours
Working hours will be rotated 8-4.30, 9-5.30, 11.30-8 Mon-fri and 8-6 on Sat – one Sat every 4 weeks with a day off during the week.
