Description:
At BGB Fitness, in Hoxton we’re looking to recruit a FT Sales Exec with a passion for service and sales. This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent face to face selling skills, isn’t scared of the phone and is comfortable working shifts.
As the club is boucning back from the lockdown, we are looking to grow the team to meet new memebrship growth. We need someone with stacks of energy to join the team, smash in the sales and spread the word!
Who are We:
Our franchise is created from a brand called MUDO in Norway, now known as HITIO GYM, which is soon to be taking Europe by storm.
HITIO was founded in Norway in 1998 by entrepreneurs Per Christian Pedersen and Fredrik Bjertnæs. Combining traditional gym and combat sports training, HITIO offers something truly unique to the fitness industry.
What started out as small taekwondo centres, the concept has since evolved into a gym and combat sports offering and in 20 years, has grown to become one of the largest fitness chains in Norway with 32 clubs nationwide.
Parents can work out at the same time and place as their children; members can bring friends, family or colleagues or simply train individually. Choose to work out in the gym or take classes in martial arts – or why not both!
Martial arts develop focus, concentration, discipline and self-confidence and HITIO brings the best of martial arts philosophy into the gym environment.
Desirable:
Proactive and independant person happy to work autonomusly, experience, knowledge of the health and fitness market a big bonus, you ideally take an interest in health and wellbeing, happy to work flexible hours and bags of energy!
We will pay sales commission in unit values, to reward individual efforss and a team target incentive, plus we can offer a great place to work!
This role will involve some shift work, therefore at least one early start and late finish once or twice, with alternate weekend shifts (09-18.00). It is therefore essential that you live within a reasonable commute of Hoxton and can easily make a 6.15am start once or twice a week!
