Graduate / Sales Exec – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Graduate or experieced Sales Executive required to join White Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Based in Fratton, Portsmouth. We are looking for ambitious individuals with excellent communication skills and a positive outlook on life.

A sales or customer service background is required. We;d like to hear from candidates with experience in: estate agency, telesales, mobile phone sales, insurance sales, B2B sales, F2F sales or similar. Experience working to targets is ideal.

Since opening in 2007 we currently employ 45 staff and we expect 100% growth over the next 2 years so now is a great time to join. There will be many opportunities for promotion and career progression. We specialize in several sectors including: Engineering, Technical Sales, Health & Social Care, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Multilingual, Finance, Renewables.

Main functions of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Providing high levels of customer service is paramount
Telemarketing of candidates to relevant companies
Account Manager for your clients
Matching candidates with vacancies
Telephone interviewing candidates
High level use of company database
Write and post job adverts online
Business development of client accounts
Occasional client visits
Daily high volume use of telephone, internet, company and online database, Outlook email

Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am until 6pm are normal

Essential Requirements:
A sales or customer services background is required
Graduate degree of interest but not essential
Hard working with a positive attitude to life & work
GCSE C or above in Maths & English
Genuine desire to increase personal income
Good written and verbal English language skills

Package:
Basic salary up to 17K
High uncapped commission – realistic 1st year earnings of 24K, 2nd year 30K
