Sales Administrator

Salary: £26,000 per year

If you are a good Sales Admin Support person this is the ideal role for YOU!

And if you are interested in property this really is the role for YOU!

Perhaps you already work in a support role in an Estate Agents or Lettings Agency and want to develop your property career?

Our client is a major name in the property sector and you will want to be part of a successful and busy team.

Your basic salary will be £26,000but will get monthly bonus and you will earn £27K!

And if you want to progress to a Sales Negotiator role you can.

So what will you be doing each day?

· Learning all about the property industry and getting a good understanding of the market

· Assisting negotiators with their set portfolios

· Arranging viewings with both vendor and potential purchasers.

· Dealing with enquiries and qualifying buyers

· Assisting with sales based admin and updating the CRM

· Advising potential purchasers and sellers on the current property market.

· Identifying new clients for the business.

· Negotiating property deals

• Some previous sales admin experience

• Good customer service

• Willingness to learn, increase your skillset and progress.

• A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property.

It’s a Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and one weekend in three – just 4 hours.
