Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will provide cohesive management of the contract managers including Compliance and Neighbourhood Spaces working with the Asset Management Team. You will be accountable for the procurement and delivery of framework and other contracts to deliver the major improvement and planned maintenance programme.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have a professional building/contract qualification and have project management experience.

There will be a requirement for some out of hours working, attending meetings and visits outside of office working hours as necessary. Access to a vehicle is essential to enable business travel.
