Our client is looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company has a strong trading history with over 30 years of successful trading. They specialise within the residential and education new build sectors, working with some of the most high profile developers and main contractors in London.

The role is permanent and they will start the successful candidate on a project in Acton. The company work predominantly within London.

Job Role:

* Assisting with cost Value reconciliations (CVRs)

* Assisting with cash Flow forecasting

* Assisting with management of subcontractor accounts

* Assisting with negotiation of variations, calculations and settlement of final accounts

* Procurement of specialist Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors

* Assisting with managing monthly project cost reports in time for monthly Directors meetings

* Assisting with preparation of monthly Project Valuations and preparation of Project Final Account

Personal Specification:

* Excellent knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying.

* 5 years’ experience working as an M&E QS looking for the next step or Senior M&E Quantity Surveying experience.

* JCT & NEC contract experience.

* Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and negotiate with clients on a professional level.

* Pro active
