Salary:£45K to £55K dependent on experience + bonus + benefits

Hybrid working pattern:

Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working-such as attending face to face meetings at Stevenage (e.g. 2 days per week) and the remainder from home or at site depending on business need and individual preference.
The opportunity:
An opportunity has arisen in our highly skilled and expanding EMC projects team for a new group leader.

You’ll work alongside the current group lead and manage a team in Stevenage and Filton, Bristol. The team advises all complex weapon programmes from the beginning to through life support using a team of highly skilled team members.

You’ll work with extensive military EMC test capabilities that will be used to qualify the MBDA product developments against the MODs electromagnetic environment requirements. In addition to supporting the project teams directly, you will be managing and coordinating the project activities your team performs.
What we’re looking for from you:You’ll possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage activities whilst championing the development of your team
Knowledge of electrical, electronic and electromagnetic engineering is desirable but not essential. The role will require knowledge of EMC, however this can be developed in role.
A proactive, willing, helpful attitude and a calm professional manner, even when things are changed at the last minute.
