Are you looking for your next step or already have solid supervisory experience? You will work in stores and lead a team of operatives and report to the Stores Manager. Man Management skills are essential for this role to develop the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* The Stores Team Leader prioritises the Stores Team workload based on planned cut and kit finish date as shown on production wallboards

* Assign Stores Operatives to processes based on workload and bottlenecks

* Ensure that all Kanban stock is replenished

* Implement process changes as directed by the Production Engineers

* Relay clear instructions and requirements to the team

* Ensure all Stores stock levels are maintained and updated accurately

* Ensure all Stores Machine Checklists are updated correctly

* Ensure all Re-Cut paperwork and Microsoft Dynamics (GP) are updated as required

* Ensure effective maintenance and retention of stores paperwork

* Ensure all staff in the stores’ area are working within the companies Health and Safety guideline

* Management of training of Stores Operatives

* Performance Management

Experience & knowledge:

* 2 years experience leading a team of 6 + in a warehouse

* Drive a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
