40,000 – 50,000 PLUS PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS OF UP TO 10% OF SALARY

Our client a global education group who create cloud based learning solutions working with education bodies and also local government are seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Global Sales Manager you will be tasked to implement an innovative marketing strategy to grow and nurture the brand. Ideally you will have experience of the UK education market or selling to the public sector.

Key responsibilities to include (not exhaustive):
To devise, write and deliver a strategic marketing plan
Develop and optimise online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition
Devising and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
To manage the marketing budget
Managing and overseeing development of websites and how they fit within broader digital marketing strategy
Management of Campus (Marketing CRM)
Provide the Global Sales Manager and other colleagues with regular and reliable reports on marketing, sales and other proactive activities in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of any marketing activities
Person Specification (not exhaustive):
At least 5 years management experience
Working cross company with sales, development and customer services
Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related discipline
Understanding of SaaS business
Experience with Online Lead Funnels (generation, nurturing, scoring and conversion)
Experience with Web Site Development (CMS, Landing pages, Microsites, Templates, Styles, Basic HTML Css)
Experience in managing and designing PPC campaigns
Experience with SEO and SEM
Experience with Online Analytics (Google Analytics, Trends, Webmaster Tools, Website Optimizer, Keyword Tool, URL Builder)
Experience with Web 2.0 and Social Networks (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, YouTube)
Additional Information:
Office based, at our Brighton or Reading office, UK
Must be prepared to travel as required
Hours 8.30am 5.00pm
Extra hours may need to be worked in order to complete tasks to schedule. Some early morning, late evening and weekend working will be necessary
