Salary: £96,000 – £132,000 per year

The Marketing Manager – International Markets reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and is responsible for optimizing marketing programs to grow brand presence, convert prospects in leads and opportunities, drive pipeline results, support customer upsells and reduce churn for the business into international markets. The role works across marketing, sales, and customer success to create integrated positioning of the company products. This position will play a crucial role in developing relevant content for international markets and be responsible for international social media and marketing automation strategies and execution while adhering to GDPR and country-specific privacy and marketing policies.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and measure multichannel marketing programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue for international markets.

Manage various channels including social media and email marketing to deliver persuasive and cohesive marketing message.

Create and execute automated email and nurturing campaigns for international markets.

Lead the company in GDPR compliant marketing practices.

Play a strategic role in content creation for international markets, including blogs, eBooks, datasheets, webpages, and general messaging.

Work alongside our international MDR to increase impact of outbound efforts.

Develop and execute plans to optimize relationships with international associations, acting as main point of contact and advising on association strategy.

Lead the customer reference program efforts for international customers and suppliers.

Work along our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure our contact database strategy adheres to GDPR and country-specific privacy rules.

Support international event strategies through promotion, logistical coordination, and on-site support if needed.

Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories, and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.

Manage to quarterly and annual pipeline goals in support of company revenue goals, focusing on the lead nurture and pipeline generation required to grow the international market.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a focus on content development, demand generation, inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of GDPR and country-specific privacy policies.
  • Bi-lingual Preferred: French, German, Italian, Spanish
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams, owning the success or failure of marketing programs.
  • Highly familiar with social media marketing, including LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics especially SaaS including the sales cycle, marketing operations, and the systems that support these functions
  • Experience and results in using marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (SFDC), and ABM tools to generate qualified leads
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, including multi-touch marketing automation-based campaigns
  • Experience with executing target audience segmentation strategies
  • Knowledge and experience with complex digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledgeable of concepts including buyer’s cycle management, and persona-based content development
  • Ability to analyze and present qualitative and quantitative marketing results
  • Identify potential process gaps or deficiencies and act as catalyst for process improvement
  • Food & Beverage and Supplements industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously with strong organizational skills and perform well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues.
  • Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change
