Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
Our client is a fast growing national Top 500 law firm with a good modern culture and good career prospects at all levels.
They are looking for a talented and commercially minded Marketing and Business Development Executive – and if you have experience in the legal sector all the better but this is not essential.
As the Group is in a growth phase both internally and with several acquisitions planned over the next 2 years, the Marketing Team is a key part of this strategy.
You will be supporting Employment Law teams throughout the UK with bespoke marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and the Head of Employment Law to seek out potential new clients and ensure the firm is front and centre of their clients minds.
You will also be involved in the company/group marketing strategy, supporting and implementation of new marketing initiatives and the implementation of new systems and procedures.
Your days will be filled with:
Monitoring the marketplace for new opportunities
Campaigns to attract new clients
Joining the conversation on social media with both clients and prospects
Monitoring and improving existing campaigns
General marketing support for the employment law team and across the wider business
Employment Law campaigns for all companies in the group
Monitoring PPC spend – ensure budgets are kept
Collect feedback on enquiries generated to ensure the right people are targeted
Support the groups social media accounts – sometimes this can be out of hours
You will need:
A good marketing background aligned to business development
A good understanding of all social media platforms and social media automation tools
To be a natural at understanding UX
Proven successful campaign management experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills
