Business Development Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £84,000 per year

We are looking for money driven, smart and articulate individuals to join a well-established and successful business.

This is a B2B sales role covering the South East, with the HQ based in Wrotham, Kent.

Initially you will be arranging and attending appointments with IT Managers, Procurement Teams and MD’s, conducting site surveys and identifying cost saving initiatives in relation to their print management software and photocopiers. Managing your own territory you will attend new business meetings, create and deliver proposals and sign up new business contracts.

The role is a full 360 sales role, your role will include but not be limited to –

* Developing a client development plan

* Cold calling and booking appointments

* Canvassing, generating follow up contacts and introducing the business face to face

* Attending meetings and negotiating contracts

Full product and industry training will be provided as will support and training from the Senior Management team.

BDM – £22k – £25k basic, £400 car allowance and commissions. OTE £50K – £75K after first six months. It is not unusual in this industry to be earning £100,000/annum
