Go Train are training and recruiting for people to become Manufacturing Operatives for Connect 2 staff in Chatham.

Description:
Connect 2 staff are working with a steel manufacturing plant in Chatham Dockyard. They are looking for Temp to perm staff to work in the production area. This could lead to full time perm work being offered and an opportunity to achieve a welding qualification with wage increasing to £26,000 per year approx. No Experience necessary. Weekly shift rotation days and nights. Mon – Fri days 6am to 4pm Mon – Thurs 12 hour shifts.

Training is either delivered in our covid safe, training centre, in small groups where we have social distancing and protective measures following Department of Education guidance, or it can be delivered on line in the safety of your own home in a virtual class group led by one of our tutors – the choice is yours. When you complete the course you will be interviewed for the role.
