Although it does have its challenges, not least that you won’t be surrounded by large teams of people that will ‘do stuff’ for you, so you must be hands on, every day.

So, if you’re a great manufacturing leader with a good mechanical understanding and an ability to inspire operators and shop floor staff towards constant improvement, we want to hear from.
