Managing Director – Buxton – Circa £55,000 – Interviewing Now!

Experienced Managing Director needed to join a well known company in the packaging industry. The correct Managing Director will have strong Operations / Manufacturing Management experience, with the ability to improve processes, efficiencies etc. Ideally, the Managing Director will have had previous working in the Packaging industry, but other backgrounds will be considered.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

The correct Managing Director will:

Have a dynamic role within the company, bringing creative and original thought to introduce, improve and modernise new and existing processes
Come from a Manufacturing / Operations background
Have strong leadership skills
Have a hands-on approach to work, able to communicate on all levels.
Have the experience and ability to improve processes, efficiencies etc
Have strong leadership skills.
Ideally have past experience in a similar role and be willing to travel from the main site when required.
Participate as a key member of the Manufacturing team to drive the culture, provide leadership both site-wide and broadly across Operations.
Preferably be educated to Degree LevelPackage:

Salary of circa £66,000(Will stretch for the correct candidate)
