Manager Designate Gaming & Casino – Full Training

We are on the hunt for experienced managers from Hospitality/ Leisure/ Hotel/ Retail to join the operating function of our clients business as a Manager Designate, for a leading nationwide casino group. Successful candidates will undertake a fully-paid 5-6 week game training course, held in the Midlands (Mon-Fri). Successful candidates will then undertake a 6 month induction training programme gaining experience of casino management and gaming knowledge within various casino departments and games. Upon completion of the training programme, candidates will then be placed in a suitable Management role within the business.

Role Requirements

·Due to the nature of the business and to comply with the gaming regulations, all applicants must be 21 or over and would be subject to a CRB application (known as disclosure and barring services).
·There is the requirement for flexibility in terms of hours of work, and the ability to work shift patterns, including night shifts, as our client operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.
·There may be the necessity to travel to, and work in various locations across the UK.

Person Specification

We want passionate people who are keen to continuously learn and develop. It is essential you have excellent mathematical skills (mental arithmetic) and high levels of enthusiasm and motivation. You must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. It is desirable for you to have a full UK driving licence as you may be asked to train and work in various locations throughout England and Scotland. You will be an excellent team player and have the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Candidate Experience/ Background

·You must have good management or supervisory experience in all areas of management, including people management, financial or sales.
·You must have proven customer service skills and have worked as part of a team.

Salary package and company benefits

You will receive a salary of £28,800 – £31,200 dependent on your experience and geographical location plus a good benefit package including: group life assurance, income protection, pension, voluntary discount scheme and health cash plan.
