About us
Founded in the late 1970’s american golf now have in excess of 100 stores nationwide and nearly 1,000 employees in the UK and Ireland and we’re still growing! Our vision is to ‘improve our customer’s game through our passion and knowledge’ and we are now looking to recruit a Designate Store Manager in the Manchester/Warrington area who will support up to 3 stores to drive performance. This is one of our most rewarding roles for those who not only love retail but who are passionate about golf!

The role
We are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about selling and who love golf. are sales and target focused and can lead and motivate our dynamic teams.
Successful candidates will need to have management experience in a sales driven environment and have a real passion for delivering great customer service. If you have a solid background in managing retail stores and can evidence management skills through coaching and leading teams in a successful business then we want to hear from you!
Our vision is to ‘improve our customers game through our passion and knowledge’ your role as store manager designate will be to support the management team in driving sales, kpi’s and delivering high standards in store.
You will have a comprehensive induction programme and spend invaluable time in various types of store before being placed in a store of your own. Travel will be necessary part of this role.
You will need to be enthusiastic, inspirational and a results orientated individual who can lead a sales focused team. You will oversee everything from launching new products to managing and motivating your team to achieve KPI’s. You will ensure the smooth running of the store, whilst creating an exciting environment to maximise every customer visit.
