Drug Safety Centre Manager (Pharmacovigilance Manager)

We are a well-respected and rapidly growing Drug Safety Centre which provides both medical and pharmaceutical related services across three diverse business streams. Due to significant growth plans, we are now employing an experienced Drug Safety Centre Manager from within the Pharma sector. The Drug Safety Centre Manager should have a Pharmacovigilance background and will be leading and supporting the operations team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a senior position and the Drug Safety Manager (Pharmacovigilance centre) will be challenging current processes and procedures to support future development for growth.

Drug Safety Centre Manager Responsibilities:

Support the Disaster Recovery/Business Contingency plan and ensure readiness to respond to events that threaten to severely impact the operation.

Develop and deliver improvements and drive efficiencies

Liaise with clients who request additional ad hoc cover as part of their existing contract.
Follow service procedures and ensure that team members do the same.Qualifications and Experience:

This role requires you to have a in-line management background
Experience in a similar position (Drug Safety Management/ Pharmacovigilance Centre)
Strong operational expertise
