Harper Recruitment Group and working in partnership with an innovative business just outside of Nottingham City Centre, we are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join the busy finance function.

Working alongside the FC you will have overall accountability for preparing, developing and applying findings from financial reports inline with VAT, Tax etc

What does the role involve?

Supporting the financial controller with supervision of team
Responsible for reconciliation of accounts, balance sheets and nominal ledger
Perform initial checks of payroll activity
Prepare & sumbit UK VAT and overseas tax compliance
Manage all aspects of the daily cash flow accounts
Coordinate and be the contact for internal and external audits
Provide monthly reporting documentation to FC
Accurate & timely submission of VAT, employment taxes and stakeholder pension complianceWho are we looking for?

Proven Finance experience in a fast paced environment
CIMA or ACCA part qual
Payroll & balance sheet experience
Excellent communicator
